HowDadDo-created content (original articles, branding, site design, code) is owned by HowDadDo and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute it without explicit written permission. User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the submitting author, subject to the licence granted in Section 4.

8. Termination

HowDadDo may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the site immediately ceases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HowDadDo shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
